Social Studies Teachers...

Census through Scholastic
I received an email about a link that will help families and teachers inform students about the upcoming census. The site also provides printables and activities that can be done to help strengthen comprehension using geography skills.

awesome Science activity!

Grolier Passport

I received an email about a free program that seems very catchy for science. Scholastic (you have to apply for a FREE account) provides monthly webinars about subject areas that are exciting to our students. The next one is about Forensic Science. This account is free, so I suggest you check it out!

Easy to way buy movies!

I happened upon a site called "Movieberry" where you can purchase movies for download on your computer. They have THE LATEST movies (if it came out in the theater today then it is on their list) and it is much cheaper than going to see it or renting it. Check it out by clicking on the link.

I'mmmmm BACK.....

After a long hiatus, I am back and in full attack.  You can check here for my solutions to technological problems that I encounter in my daily job.

I am still a Technology Integration Specialist with Mercer County Schools.  However, I became a county contact with our state benchmarking system called Acuity.  I have now successfully gotten a handle on the position and can return to what I do best... helping you use technology!
